A: We have dorms, twins and double rooms.

Q: Who are you, anyway?
A: Sorry for introducing myself late, my name is Yoshi, owner-operator of Aso Base Backpackers. Hello everyone!

Q: What is the check in/out time?
A: Check in time would be from 4pm to 8pm. If you will arrive later than 8pm, please let us know. If you will come earlier than 4pm, we would not be able to let you check in, but you can come inside and relax in our common room.
Check out time would be by 11am. You can also leave very early morning.

Q: Does your reception open 24 hours?
A: No, we do not. Reception hours would be 8am~11am / 4pm~8pm. But we will try to be available as much as we can in order to make sure that you have everything.

Q: Can you keep my luggage before check in / after check out?
A: Yes, we can. But we will lock the luggage room up. So, you can take it in/out from there only during the reception hours. If you need to take it in/out other than the reception hours, please let us know in advance.

Q: Do you have a kitchen?
A: Yes, we do. Of course!

Q: Do you serve breakfast?
A: No, we do not serve any meal. Please cook yourself or go get some food or eat out. We will let you know where to buy food or eat out close by locally.

Q: Can we eat in the room?
A: Please eat in the common dining room.

Q: You have bunks for the dorms, haven’t you?
A: That is right. They are travelers’ friendly purpose-built adult bunk beds. You will like it!

Q: Do you have car parking?
A: Yes, we do. No extra charge.

Q: Do you have a curfew?
A: No, we do not. You can take a night stroll if you would like to. Please just make consideration to sleeping roommates when you go out / come back.

Q: Do you have a female dorm?
A: Yes, we do. We also have a dressing room for one who stays in a mixed dorm and stylish travelers, too.

Q: Do you have a single private room?
A: If you want a single private room, we offer you a double room. It cost you less than usual double room rate.

Q: Is the double room En-suite?
A: No, it is not. We do not have En-suite room.

Q: Do you have private lockers?
A: Yes, we do. But please use your own padlock. We will have locks to sale also.

Q: I need a smoke.
A: We are a smoke-free hostel. We are going to place a smoking stand on the wood deck outside the building.

Q: Can I stay with my kids?
A: Yes, you can. But basically, we only have dorms, twin and double rooms, and we would not accept children 9 and under in the dorm. We can provide an extra bed for twin or double room. But, if you are family of four or more, we will look for the best alternative for you on a case-by-case basis.

Q: Do you have a child fare?
A: Babies under 3 stay free, if you share a bed with her/him. Other than that, no child fare is planned at this time.

Q: We are a group of 10. Can we stay?
A: I am afraid not. One of our concepts is to encourage our fellow travelers to enjoy communication with each other. We will not accept the group more than 9 people for other independent travelers.

Q: Can I share one bed with my girlfriend, so that I pay only for one bed?
A: Nice try! But, please book a double room.

Q: Do you have wireless internet access?
A: Yes, we do.
